Trying to please other people isn't likely to go well at the moment. Following their instructions could seem nearly impossible, despite your best attempts. Even when you're on your best behaviour and fulfilling your tasks to the best of your ability, there may be someone there to criticise what you're presenting them with. On the other hand, you might be your own worst critic by engaging in negative self-talk. Build yourself up instead you've got to be the one who advocates for you!
